Brett has been with Voya Financial since April 2015 and has worked as a Sales Representative serving the Kansas City area, as well as the states of Kansas and Nebraska. Prior to joining Voya, he spent nine years in a consulting role with a large employee benefits broker, focusing on strategic planning with regard to employee benefit packages and total cost control. Brett’s primary focus was working with self-funded health plans between 500 and 5,000 employees, as well as integrating all ancillary benefits into the total employee benefits strategy. As a direct result of his time on the brokerage/consulting side of the business, his approach to sales is to find a way to make the consultant’s job easier.

She provides easy-to-understand reporting, shares regular updates on pharmacy benefit trends and industry insights, manages carrier relationships, and serves as a subject matter expert for clients and account team associates.

Jayson Cuba has been an employee benefits advisor at The Miller Group since 2019. As an advisor, Jayson collaborates with client leadership and human resource teams to enhance the employee experience and optimize HR support. He is dedicated to understanding each client’s unique needs and crafts tailored solutions that boost employee satisfaction and business success. He also serves as the Emerging Producer Lead, providing guidance, strategies, training, coaching, and support for emerging advisors at The Miller Group. Outside of work, he’s active in the community, serving on several boards, including the Kansas City American Heart Association.
