Account Coordinator

The Miller Group is seeking an Account Coordinator to support the efforts of the companies’ Private Risk Management (PRM) team. The Account Coordinator will work closely with the PRM Team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Create, maintain, and deliver in a timely manner client certificate of insurance so clients can demonstrate coverage.
  • Maintain up to date information on evidence of property for clients and provide to clients as needed.
  • Follow all quality control measures to avoid potential error and omissions.
  • Assist in all aspects of marketing, renewal and service processes.
  • Document client request and complete action items with a sense of urgency, as well as those assigned by other service team members.
  • Maintain updated client and coverage information in Epic.
  • Enter client invoicing information in Epic system to ensure accurate client billing statements.
  • Assist service teams in the preparation of client presentations and meetings.
  • Assemble and bind client proposals to assist service team members in obtaining new PRM business.
  • Participate on project teams that develop the innovate products and service clients need.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of one year previous experience in a customer service related role.
  • Property & Casualty license is required within 30 days of employment.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in navigating the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Applied and/or Epic, preferred
  • Previous insurance industry experience, preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and in writing.
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve challenges effectively.
  • Demonstrates excellent team building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact well with diverse personalities.
  • Able to operate independently with minimal supervisor intervention.
  • Demonstrates a strong interest and/or experience in technology.
  • Able to independently apply objective decision-making to maintain productivity and client satisfaction.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
